Faced with 258 hours of downtime and high reject rates, the AG Barr Group Cumbernauld site team launched a 12-week focused improvement project using DMAIC methodology, achieving record results:    ✅ OEE on the can line increased by 12%   ✅ Reject rates slashed from 3% to 0.1%   ✅ Crushed cans were reduced by 52%  ✅ CO2 reserve faults decreased by 56%    By empowering teams and applying structured problem-solving, AG Barr turned a struggling line into a high performer, earning a place as one of CCi’s Performance Excellence Award 2024 finalists!
